Strengthening competence
Strengthening competences is the first step in dealing with racism in the workplace in a reflective way - both as a person without and with experience of racism. It is important to create a foundation and provide basic knowledge on the topic of racism. Here you will find tools to create a theoretical basis, to sensitise for a racism-critical language and to sharpen the perception for racism in society and in structures.
