Review: The 9th GDD 2021

We are overwhelmed!

Our society is diverse. So is our world of work. Diversity concerns us all: Because diversity is important for cohesion in our society. Over 900 organizations showed the #FlagforDiversity on #GDD21!

More than 900 organizations set an example for diversity in the world of work with more than 2,700 actions on the 9th German Diversity Day. We placed our core topics in TV reports, on the radio and in podcasts, as well as in articles in daily and weekly newspapers.

On Twitter, the hashtags #DDT21 and #FlaggefürVielfalt topped the German Twitter trends. Let yourself be inspired by the digital contributions on Twitter, Facebook and Co. on our social media wall.

For the first time, with Doing Diversity, we are presenting an online learning session on diversity in the world of work. Diversity: The Online Game game went into the second round this year and employees all around the country could test their knowledge on diversity topics. More than 30,000 employees and interested people have played Diversity: the online game in 2020 and 2021.

Here you can take a look at all campaigns from last year in the archive or find more facts and numbers at our results presentation.

The German Diversity Day is funded as part of the multiplier project Transfer by the funding programme “Integration durch Qualifizierung (IQ)” of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS).
