ESMT Berlin signs Charta der Vielfalt/Diversity Charter
The Charta der Vielfalt aims to promote the recognition, appreciation, and integration of diversity into Germany’s business culture. Members and signing organizations create a working environment free of biases in which all employees are valued, regardless of gender and sexual identity, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or worldview, physical ability, age, sexual orientation and identity.
As stated in the Charter for ESMT’s Inclusive Leadership Roundtable (ILRT), the ILRT prioritizes diversity and inclusion within the school and champions the same in academia and the business community. The ILRT Steering Group identified the Charta der Vielfalt as leading cultural and institutional change, and by signing the Charta, we will draw from their expertise, collaborate in diversity and inclusion efforts, and ensure that ESMT contributes visible and measurable resources and leadership.
