In 2020 Diversity Day Is Every Day
In 2020 everything will be different. That's why we're also celebrating diversity day a little differently this year. We will spread all activities over the year. This includes the new edition of our global diversity survey and the establishment of a global network for diversity managers from the various regions. Diversity weeks will also be held at Schaeffler locations in other countries - such as Brazil - as soon as the situation allows. In India for example a diversity day already took place in march 2020.
We are doing everything to raise the awareness regularly, both among our employees and externally. On May 26, we will therefore be visible on social media with postings on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook and we will wave our #FlagforDiversity - on diversity day and everyday.
