Diversity...what? Internal Diversity Survey @ Schaeffler
To find out how diversity management is generally perceived and assessed at Schaeffler, we are conducting an internal, global Diversity survey on the occasion of the German Diversity Day. At the same time, we communicate internally and via social media in order to wave our flag for diversity and to draw attention to the topic.
