Diversity & Inclusion - what was that again...

We created a Diversity & Inclusion matrix to be hanged in every kitchen on each floor to catch employees` attention and to sharpen their D&I understanding. Employees were asked to leave a point in their area of interest: age, sex, sexual orientation, religion, ethnic background and disability. This was supplemented by a poster action with various D&I statements throughout all floors. As a follow-up, according to the area with most of the points gathered, we intend to take up this/these topic/s in our Employee Resource Group work.
