Tata Consultancy Services thrives on diversity and supports inclusion with a global workforce comprising of a diverse talent base of over 387,200 associates from 130 nationalities operating in 45 countries. Various cultures, habits and traditions merge together in our company.
On the 30th of May employees will gather for a diversity day potluck in our German head office in Frankfurt. By bringing traditional dishes from their home countries, regions and cities, employees will learn more about the different backgrounds of one another. Recipes will be shared and collected as well as newer information about each other’s heritage would be discovered. In addition, we will create a diversity board in the office cafeteria and invite our employees to illustrate their roots and cultures by sticking individually designed flags and pictures on it. This map illustrates our Global Village of TCS and showcases the importance of diversity for our company and its success.
