Heute feiern wir all die großartigen Frauen, die bei ProVeg arbeiten. Mit einer weiblichen Geschäftsführerin an der Spitze und einem Team, das sich zu 70 % als weiblich identifiziert, sind wir stolz darauf, eine Kultur der Vielfalt, Gleichberechtigung, Inklusion und Zugehörigkeit zu fördern.
Unser Führungsteam spiegelt dieses Engagement wider: 56 % der Abteilungsleiter:innen und satte 80 % der Teamleiter:innen sind weiblich.
