Virtual Diversity activities at Zalando
Given the current pandemic we have had to adapt to new circumstance to engage a social collective. Therefore I have created a list of activities to celebrate diversity day internally. Here you find two pdf's that show the internal activities while giving attention the specific awareness to how diversity day started in Germany, as it is German diversity day tomorrow. I have given a list of films to watch through various time periods to give us more insight into the diverse social questions and scope of Germany. Then the other pdf is focused on the international scope by offering various way to engage activity together across different departments in order celebrate diversity in an applied and inclusive way. I hope these activities inspire other companies and also raise awareness around various topics that add value to the D&I discussions. I also invite to be away for us to come together work collaboratively with other organisations to impact on diversity and inclusion in Germany.
