Praktisch gut!
We combine the conventional and the viral change™ approach to do D&I management. We planned a well-mapped, and sequential process to draw attention, to raise motivation, to offer training sessions, to communicate across hierarchy levels and to define our KPIs to measure the results. Apart from this we parallelly apply the viral change™ approach from Leandro Herrero by creating the diffusion of new mindsets like infections and change our organization through internal network.
