Creating places of exchange is an important building block for an anti-racist working environment in one's own organisation. However, it is often difficult enough to talk about and advocate for the issue and then to do it in your own company and in your own team!?
But it is not impossible! Every racist thought that is interrupted and every bullshit saying that is nipped in the bud with arguments is a small success and a step in the right direction! Here you will find tools for various everyday situations in which you can do something to not remain inactive!
