The Charta der Vielfalt e. V. sends a clear signal for diversity in business and opposes all forms of racism. To this end, it is initiating a pilot project for and with employees from diversity employee networks and would like to encourage them to commit to combating racism in the work environment and to address the issue of dealing with prejudice and everyday racism in business.
