By promoting diversity, equity and inclusion across the RWE Group we are creating a culture where everyone feels included. We are continuing to develop our employee benefits and employee experience by embedding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion considerations into relevant programmes working and ensuring that employment-related decisions are free from discrimination.
Energising our Inclusive Culture 2023
In 2023 the DE&I team brought together keynote speakers and thought leaders from inside and outside of the RWE Group to share personal experiences, knowledge on disability and accessibility as well as the opportunities and risks of bias and AI, just to name a few. In addition, on-site activities such as the Improv Theatre and Lunch and Learn sessions kept the colleagues entertained whilst also being learning experiences. The week was not just an opportunity to learn but a catalyst for change, reinforcing our commitment to creating an environment where everyone feels heard, respected, and valued.
